Didn't you see, we restructured Cameron down to 6M a season so he can stay back in pass protection instead of ponying up for a legit lineman. Same old stale **** they try and sell us every year.

In a perfect world you find your guards in the 3rd-5th round. I bet most of these top fa guards weren't picked before the 3rd. Given mia track record of drafting linemen it may be safer to spend big on interior, which we have already done on Pouncey.

A veteran guard was top priority in my mind but I guess our front office figures whatever guys are left when the dust settles will be enough. Or we will have to spend another 1st rounder on the Oline.

Yeeeeaaaah, I'm going to say the same thing I said when people suggested we should go after a QB in the second round during the year we drafted Tannehill - been there, done that, we need to shake it up.

OG isn't supposed to be hard to find. Every team, except us, finds a starting caliber OG in rounds 3-5 pretty much every ****ing year.

We shouldn't have to pay big money for one. I understand the fear Philbins Era instilled when it came to this position, but we have to hope we can do better now

My problem - no faith in Tannenbaum and although Grier is an unknown quantity, the impression I get is that this is Tannenbaum's ship now.

It is rather amazing. Always thought guards were a dime a dozen, yet the Dolphins can't seem to get a good one at all.

Rome wasn't built in a day and you can't fix all of our holes in one offseason. I'm ok with not being the darlings off free agency for once. Let other teams overpay for players that wil "save" their franchise. I think we are using it wisely. Find quality starters, build through the draft, develop players and lock in irreplaceable players to long term contracts.
