I've heard from a few sources that lifting weights makes your bones more dense. Does anyone have any info on this? Does weight lifting also change facial bone structure?

increasing stress on your bones causes increased deposition of calcium. Not enough to really change your facial structure, unless you tie weights to cheeks and eyelids, or something like that.

It'll most likely increase bone density where the stress is being applied but it would be minimal. That Exercise Physiology class just keeps paying off.

x3 ^lol The best stats aren't the amount of bone density gained, but the little amount lost after 50 if one continues to work out. That's what amazes me. I'll see if I can't dig up some studies of this...I know I have them somewhere.:shifty:

The only thing that changes your facial bone structure is the Juice.
