Our defense seems to struggle with defending pass catching RBs. We better have a better plan in place than we did against Ray Rice or I foresee Forte having a huge night catching the ball.
Hopefully we learned our lesson and I'm worrying about nothing. :up:

they shouldnt be looking past the Bears, they are playing at a high level....I am not worried so much about Forte as I am about Cutler's big play potential vs. Miami's Big Play Allowed Potential....Rice is more dymanic of a pass catcher than Forte....Forte cant make something out of nothing, but Rice can....

Forte is not half the RB that Adrian Peterson or Chris Johnson is, and we beat both of their teams.

Like I said, I'm not worried about him rushing, I'm worried about him catching the ball out of the backfield. The Bears throw the ball to Forte a lot, and it's something we struggle with defending. If I remember, Johnson and Peterson also did a little damage against us catching the ball, but I don't look at them as being quite the pass catching RBs that Forte is. Not that they are less talented in that regard, but Mad Martz will be throwing the ball all over the place and I think we might get forgetful again with covering Forte.

I don't think Forte is going to be a factor. I think you guys really got to worry about Devin Hester returning kickoffs and punt returns.

I'm worried about that too, but not as much as Forte. I don't know if that's logical of me or not. I'm just having flashbacks of Rice catching the ball and being untouched before gaining 15 yards over and over again.
I hope you're right about Forte not being a factor though, believe me. Last thing I want to do is be right. Honestly sometimes the only reason I start threads like this is I feel like if I worry about it, it won't happen... -
