Apparently there was an update over the weekend and as soon as my system restarted it flased up 3 red lights - I unplugged everything took off the HDD and reattached and it worked OK but did anyone else experience any problems?

3 red lights = mega bad. It shouldn't have anything to do with updates or your HDD though

Same here, though this will be the second time so might as well get one of the latest batch. The arcade version is retailing at $200 at the moment so might just bite the bullett and then switch the hard drives. Just p*sses me off though! :angry:

I've heard people say they're on their 3rd or 4th 360! :no: I've been lucky to get this far on the original batch and only have to send back once! (I know I shouldn't have to and it p*sses me off but hey thats life sometimes!)
