That's pretty good and let's face it we could beat some of the AFC North teams they have ahead of us. I like that we're ahead of potential playoff teams like the Sains, Panthers, Texans, Chargers, 49ers. If we get those late season wins under our belts, we're definitely moved in the right direction next season.

#13, huh. Lol. Just good enough to likely miss the playoffs.

If Ross had made the Intelligent move and fired Philbin, I might buy into the Dolphins being a playoff team next year with a decent head coach.
I have zero confidence in Philbin as a head coach and I think it is far more likely the Dolphins will end the season next year below 500, than it is they will be a playoff team.
Right now I see the Patriots and Bills as the two top teams in the AFC East and Miami just a bit better than the the Jets heading into next season. -
If the Dolphins don't improve next year and make the playoffs. I imagine Tannenbaum will be looking to hire not only a new head coach, but also a new GM after the 2015 season.
I think Hickey is a better GM than Ireland, but with just one year left on his contract and with Tannebaum now his direct boss. Hickey has only this coming off season to prove to Tannebaum that he deserves to be this teams GM in the future. -

Didn't the Jests get us in both games?
