Your the GM...what would you give for Pryor?

As a WR/WCQB, I'd give up a 5th depending on his attitude and willingness to be a team player. If he really wowed me in person, a 4th..... so yeah--- a 6th or a 7th.

Nothing. Let him be a problem for someone else.

I wouldn't want to invest any more than just a contract in him. He's a huge character risk.

Terrelle's experience has likely either woken him up.... or made him a bigger headache than he previously was.

If the top recruit coming out of high school has reformed himself, takes s#!% seriously, and is looking to prove he's worthy of such once lofty praise, then I'd have no problem backing a 4th for him. IMO Pryor's success or lack there of is entirely up to Pryor.

It will be interesting to see what Ireland does. For one, he has shown that if he likes a guy he will trade up to get him. So if he likes Pryor he may be willing to submit a 4th or possibly a 3rd.

I think if he would have entered the regular draft this year he would been 3rd at the latest. Would likely have gone in 1st or 2nd next year.

I think the hardest call is can the team afford to keep him on the active 53 once he gets off suspension considering he may not be of any use this year.

I voted a 4th rounder. He is a great athlete with a lot of upside. He could even grown into an Antonio Gates type of TE.

I'd like to see us use a 7th on Caleb King. Just because Caleb is sort of a cool hillbilly sounding name.

Ireland's goal was to get speed on the field...Marshall, Gates, Bush, Pryor on the field at the same time could be a matchup nightmare for defenses.

Wouldn't touch him. We have guys that are just as impressive athletes, or near enough to it, that have already been playing the receiver position for a long time.

Put me in the no thanks catagory! I don't care how fast he is, he is never going to be a quality Qb imo, and I'm not really in favor of teaching a player a totally new position in the NFL.

This regime has stuck to not bringing in high-risk character guys. They like 4 year college players who were captains. The player Pryor most reminds me of character wise who has come out in the past couple of years is Dez Bryant. Although, I don't know how similar they are. Sounds like they both have maturity issues, perhaps a bit narcissistic and like to spend money extravagantly...some might say foolishly. I hope he has enough sense to keep his pants pulled up when he is out in public. Both are physical talents.

Think there is any chance they would have the crazy idea of developing him as a QB?

The chances of O'Connell or Devlin developing beyond carrying a clipboard is minimal.

If he's like Dez then I'd make an offer. Dez may have come into the league with some immaturity issues, but he contributed immediately and has a huge passion for the game & competition. The kid will leave it all on the field. As he matures, he'll likely be a big part of Dallas and the kind of guy who gives back to the community, especially youth stuff.

I voted 4th because of the physical talent alone. In a real draft he would likely be off the boards by the 3rd round imo. If he is willing to help out and be a team player he could really be a steal for a 4th rd pick. I personally think it isn't out of the realm of possibility that he could develop into a NFL QB with time and proper training. At worst he could be formed into a physical TE/WR where he could really succeed. I think at a 4th rd pick his upside out weighs his possibility for bust

I don't know about that. None of them run like Pryor. Compare Wallace to Pryor for example. We don't have that seam stretching flex TE. I don't know if it's Pryor but we do need a guy like that or a (real tight end...).

I would only sign him as a free agent, nothing more. Probably would be a waste of a roster spot because I doubt he'd last on the practice squad, honestly.

I voted 5th round and only as a WR/potential TE prospect. but those character issues make me squirm about even giving up a 5th on the guy

I voted a 6th just for his sheer athleticism and size. This ain't Pat White. He is big, but he is raw and his accuracy is very poor. That said If I really wanted him I might be persuaded to go with a 5th.

5th round as a WR/TE. As a QB? Nothing.

Brad Smith went off as a #4 pick, but he did more jobs in college, to me he is a developmental Qb worth a 7th rd pick based on his 4.38/size and speed more then his passing ability
