I feel like Santa Claus... Like being early too... on a Monday of all things... First some housekeeping.. In the next couple of days I'll be posting the coaching list for each team. The full rules will be posted at that time regarding retaining/bidding on coaches. After that process is complete, I'll be posting the rosters, along with draft picks and free agents. You will need to build your team page at that point and notify me of any discrepancies! I'll talk more about that later. The trade window will open 24 hours after the team rosters have been posted.

There are two open teams, Baltimore and Dallas. If anyone is upset that they don't like their team, they can take one of these two or TRADE with another GM, but that will have to be done quickly (48 hours). PM me in either case. But I hope everyone is happy :wink2:

Basically this came down to smoothing over as many people's top five as possible. I had you list 10 teams for a reason... The way I looked at it, if you wanted your #1 team the most... then you wanted your #2 team almost as much as your #1, then your #3 almost as much as your #2... etc etc. You wanted your #2 more than 30 other teams in the NFL. Your #3 more than 29 other teams in the NFL. etc etc. I had to make as many people happy as possible, by giving them a team NEAR the top of their list. You guys got your #2 teams... that is almost perfect.

If I gave everyone their #1s, the people that tied (all the people that picked the Browns) would have ended up getting teams from 6 to 10 mostly. It's not a perfect system. Next year (if there is one) I'll think about assigning teams differently. I'd kind of like to do a draft order (1 thru 32) based on how well you did the year before (on something tangible). For example, every year we look at how well we did on our drafts compared to the NFL. I could make the draft order based on that. Ask Fin O. I let it go the first couple of times this year, but he must want me or something. His obsession with me is getting really tiresome. I'm not playing in the league, I'm not running it, and he's still going on about something I (not actually) did from last year. I'm not gonna let him go after me repeatedly when people have been punished for lesser things.

I hadnt seen previous references to last year but it wasnt only directed at you. Whatever it is you two have going on, settle it via PM. No reason the rest of us have to re-read it. Because the personal attacks have grown tiresome. I can ask why he even bothers since he started it before I started posting this year. I didn't mind it that much last year since I was actually around and it was amusing and funny at times. Doing it this year though? What purpose does it serve other than to slander?
