Sounding like Davone Bess got alot of work today, IMO... thats good for us.

Even though there was never really much doubt...

CP has basically locked it up...all it'll take is a decent 1st series or two and a score and dont even bother wondering who's #1 come game 1.

Undrafted rookie Davone Bess "appears" to have taken over as the Dolphins' primary slot receiver, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

That would make Ernest Wilford a fourth receiver, although Wilford would still be the top option to start if Ted Ginn Jr. or Derek Hagan got hurt. Bess seems to have wrapped up a roster spot at a thin position in Miami.

I hope they realize more than ever, it's way to early to give up on Beck. it sounds as if Henne was off all day.

Ernest Wilford is now a backup in Miami.

A deeply disappointing offseason for the handpicked Bill Parcells acquisition. Despite his $6 million signing bonus, Wilford is not a player with great measurables. Derek Hagan offers more upside, so Wilford should off draft boards.

As upset i am about beck :D love hearing about Bess. I root for Hawaii players because of the odds against them.

Wilford what a huge disappointment thus far.

Sad days indeed for Beck he seems to have all the smarts and determination to study and great work ethic, but sadly in the NFL it takes more.. Beck will probably hang in there with the fins as the #3 for this year if anyone goes it's Josh unless we get a pick for Beck or something..

I don't know though, lets see what happens. If Beck goes out and smokes some 2nd and 3rd stringers maybe he'll get another opportunity.

Beck will have a future somewhere. Remember he was drafted high. All the coaches want players they like on their team. As long as Cam is still a coach in the NFL, Beck will get a shot. Even if it's just to say "I was right about this kid." Parcells does it at every step in his coaching history.
