I hope to god we dont go on another pointless win streak like every year and ruin our chance to draft the best player in college football and its not even close.Jeremiah Smith!

This dude looks generational to me.

All these Qbs seem overrated to me and would rather draft one in 2nd or third rd than wasting a first.

Malik hasn't looked like a franchise Qb so far but it is only 7 start so we will see if he improves by the end of the season.

So far this Gm has drafted well but getting Smith could accelerate our rebuild!I dont give a crap about wins this year!

Of course, let’s just play to lose because nothing instills a winning attitude like losing.

Best player in the draft and its not even close.

This so called great Qb class is a joke.None of them worth a top a 10 pick let alone the number one pick.

Draft Smith take Qb in 2nd rd.

Willis doesnt look like the answer

Personally, I always want us to win, or at least fight tooth and nail to win, because I know what it does to the team when some people are no longer invested in winning. That's a cancer on the team and players flat-out quit on you to the point where you have no idea what you have in the room or if you're starting over from scratch the next season. You never want that in your organization because it spreads rapidly.

With that said, I don't think we win a lot this season. I think Malik is "good enough" and despite having a tough day, he also made several plays with his arm and his legs. The kid is competing and that's all you can ask in this situation. The larger problem today was players just not getting open while Burrow always had an easy outlet pass that was unchallenged. That's ultimately the difference in the game.

Winning football games at any level comes down to winning in the trenches.

Not sure if I would pick a WR this early, don’t like the positional value there and it’s kind of early to talk draft.

To early? What to have to look forward to.We win maybe 2 or 3 games.

As for the draft none of these Qbs are worth a top 10 pick.

And I don’t buy that postional value crap..Anybody in the 2021 draft better than jamar chase? He should have been number 1 and Smith has been more dominant than him

I guess you could make a case for Sewell or Surtain but nobody would question Chase being picked there

I wrote this in the Club but it applies here.

This season is not a wash - It's a 17 game evaluation period. Taken within that context we can say this has been one of the best draft classes in Miami Dolphins history and it may not even be close. I'm super stoked for the future of this franchise and personally think it would be foolish to draft a QB overall at number 1 if you can trade down and acquire a boatload of more picks given the early results. (Trade DOWN and collect a bounty is the jist here)

1 - Proctor is a beast and is on track to be our best drafted OL lineman since Jake Long in 2008. It's not like we haven't tried to improve the position. He's got a long NFL career in Miami will almost certainly play here past his rookie contract.

2 - Chris Johnson, despite being picked on is MILES and MILES ahead of Noah IG, He is already flashing some elite skill. Another guy that is on the ascent and another guy that will likely make it past his rookie contract in Miami.

3 - Jacob Rodriguez, nothing to add. He's officially Jacob GodRiguez in my head now when I see him play. If he doesn't make it past his rookie contact it will either be due to injuries or the entire FO and coaching staff getting fired again.

4 - Caleb Douglas, for a third round pick has shown great development. Let's see how he plays the rest of the season once he is back, but nobody can argue against what he's done so far.

5 - Kamarek is another guy that is showing incremental improvements. He looks the part. Excited to see what he can do the rest of the season. We've seen his floor but have no idea what his ceiling is. The floor ain't bad though! FTR, he was the 3rd ranked player on offense according to PFT this last game.

6 - Chris Bell is going through some growing pains and his error on the catch and run is something that needs to be firmly addressed. He looks the part and is coming off major knee surgery, ahead of schedule. Jury is out but for late 3rd round WR pick, you can't expect much yet.

7 - Moore TBD not enough real action. Let's see how he looks if he can come back from injury. Before hurting his ankle he was on track to see significant playing time. Time will tell.

8 - Lewis - TBD until he plays.

9 - Taffe is one of my favorite players on the team. Give us a roster of 53 Michael Taaffe's and this team will be playing for something. He hits hard and has a nose for the ball. Yes, he can be a bit of liability but he's also playing in a secondary full of rookies and cast offs. Let's see what he can do on a team with a decent roster. Big overachiever.

10 - Coleman. Meh. (wrote that before the TD and decent performance, who knows now)

That’s fine, I would feel a little queasy picking a WR at Nr. 1 overall (or a top 5 pick) and would prefer other positions. Draft is still a long way to go, let’s see what happens in that time, a little early for that.
