Who's ready for Thursday night? The Lions game is in the past and means nothing. Our statement game is this Thursday. We need to beat the piss out of the muthafuggin Buffalo Bills.
No more crying.. Blaming.. Whining.. Cant have it. All who call themselves Miami Dolphins fans need to represent. I'm ready.. Who else is?

Well, I wouldn't call it the biggest game in years considering we had 2 chances last season to make the playoffs with a win.
That said, this is a monster of a game. Prime time. In OUR house. It's time to get some revenge on Buffalo. Let's do it!Tin Indian, Bpk and speed like this. -
We definitely need to move on but I'm not optimistic about this game. This isn't me being a negative nelly/sky is falling.
I think we could end up with 9-10 wins yet. The Bills are a tough match up for us. Their strengths play to our weakness. I see their front 7 giving our OL and RTH fits most of the game.
Having said that, I would love to beat the Bills and break their winning streak against us.Paul 13 likes this. -
Thanks for the optimism and moving on so quickly.

This is the first game this season I'd finally call a must-win.

Of course its a must win. Need to get to 10-6. I'd be shocked if 9-7 gets to the playoffs this year. Almost as shocked as I'll be if the Dolphins make the playoffs (Sorry, they've only been there once since I was 13 and they got destroyed. You can't blame me. I'm not sure what I'll do if they're playing in January and not getting blown out by the Ravens ).
Barring a miracle they're going to lose at Denver and probably at New England. 5 losses with that on the horizon? Plus Ravens. Plus the not as easy as you think Jets twice. We all know division games can be unpredictable.
If they lose to the Bills I can't find a way they don't lose 7 games at least. And really...you can't go 1-5 against BUFFALO with 3 different QB's over the past 3 seasons. -
When Finnegan got hurt we saw Grimes covering Megatron almost exclusively (except when Dion had him). I think it would be nice to see that with Watkins. Take him out of the game and they are really nothing to worry about. Offense must punch the ball in. Lazor needs to find a way for the O to score inside the 20.

How nice of the schedule makers to let us play two of the toughest defensive lines in the nfl in a 5 day span. We're going to need every day of rest to get ready for denver.

We suck again

We're very fortunate that our one Thursday Night game -- a huge matchup in the division/playoff picture -- is at home. Playing Thurs on the road is a massive disadvantage. (I hate Thursday games.) And then we get extra time to prep for one of the best teams in the League.
This scheduling worked out in our favor.unluckyluciano, MAFishFan and Ohio Fanatic like this. -

This game will be on the coaches. The Bills have pushed us around 3 times in a row. Time to come up with a different strategy and get some damn payback.

I had a bad feeling going into the Lions game, and it never left.
I have no worries whatsoever about Buffalo. I agree it's a must win, and it will be won...HANDILY.
I'm still in for 10-6...we won one I thought we'd lose when I made my picks, and lost one I thought we'd win. Buffalo is a no-sweat game to me. -
i think it will be a lot closer then the last game and i think we have a 60% chance of winning this. our defense is going to have to have the game of their lives thursday because this is another field position game. i think we have the right mentality to break through though. if we win this we're in good shape for a playoff run

Yes, this game will be on the coaches. If we lose, it's the season. Our schedule is way too hard, and we already lost a tie breaker to the very tough Chiefs. And the AFC is way too competitive. Hopefully we win, and redeem ourselves.
But if we lose...well look at the bright side...Jim Harbaugh will be our new HC. -

Agree to putting the past in the past.... Let's do this Thursday!

Biggest game of the year. Biggest game for this head coach and his future since he's been here. A lot of Bills players need to be neutralized for us to win. Marcel Dareus, Mario Williams, Kyle Williams... Nigel Bradham... They have a good group of players on that side of the ball. Our defense needs to play lights out. Must win the turnover battle. Must win field position battle. Must stay somewhat balanced on offense. Good news is Caleb Sturgis seems to be getting his confidence back after today's 50 yarder. I have a feeling it will come down to him. Not for the weak of heart...
I'll add this about the Dolphins offense vs the Lions and what they need to do vs Buffalo. Offense had ZERO plays of over 20 yards vs Detroit. not one. Yet they still managed to move the ball at times with short passes designed to get the ball out of Tannehill's hands quickly. Buffalo won't let the short stuff happen. They are going to jump the **** out of those short routes. We need BIG plays in the passing game to win on Thursday night. Not one play over 20 yards vs the Bills and not only do I think we'll lose, I think we might even get shutout. -
i need another day to get over this, but then i´m on
