I'm sorry Coyle sucks,we made Bortles look like damn Joe Montana.Hell it looks always like a basic defense no suprise blitzes,i can tell every blitz before it happens. He gotta go defense plays without emotion and has no fire!! It makes me sick loosing with that much talent on the team
Where is Mike Nolan

I think Philbin, Lazor, and Coyle are at least as bad as the rest of you do. But to be fair, this front office has been **** since about 1984, except for a few exceptions when Jimmy Johnson ran things. I mean, I'm not even sure Belichick could cheat his way to victory with these players.

Vernon was completely useless today... Cameron Wake is showing his age.. it's really sad Dion didn't live up to expectations... the dropoff of Wake's decline shouldn't hurt this much when you invested a high first round pick on a defensive end not long ago..

Our defense sucks.

Grimes dropped the int remember. That isn't on the staff.

The offense scored 7 points in the second half. Tanny's stats are awesome but the offense needs to put up a couple more points than that. -

I think that strong consideration should be given to starting Jordan Phillips at DT and Terrence Fede at DE, replacing Vernon.

The team all of the sudden seems to have no pass-rusher, and that's a major problem in today's NFL.

Kevin Coyle is just a bad front seven coach. He's jamming round pegs in square holes, and has an idea what he wants be seemingly no aptitude to get there. He keeps jamming square pegs in round holes, and then we keep getting keel-hauled with his stunts in the run game.
I don't know why in the **** people are talking about Cameron Wake looking older when he came into the game with an injury and didn't play a large portion of it. -

You'd rather blame the players than the coach? So you think that the relative difference in performances between 1st and 3rd quarter are primarily on the players?
I don't know.. but I've seen enough of Philbin, Coyle (and now increasingly Lazor) to think that play-calling/game management needs a bigger boost than talent. Just my opinion, but that's what I think.resnor and Tin Indian like this. -
Imagine if Dion Jordan was out there playing the way the team intended for him to when it drafted him. He'd be in his prime disrupting plays right and left.

The linebackers thing is especially grand, when you ostensibly are sitting there and watching them mix and match every down. Kelvin Sheppard and Zach Vigil are rotating by...what exactly? By series? That makes sense to you? Why are there seemingly even more personnel combinations in the Nickel package? Why are they doing aggressive, attacking run fits with linebackers who do their best work scraping to the ball?Eop05 likes this. -
Jacksonville will win 5 games this season in their weak division. We'll likely win 7-9, and you can surely chalk this one up to losing to an inferior team. As an isolated incident it's not cause for alarm, but when this coaching staff consistently puts up these stinkers against bad teams considering the addition of talent and QB experience, I'd say they need to shoulder a good amount of blame. -
Just have to hope they turn it around this week. -
Philbin is also responsible, he's the head coach. -
Lot of bad plays - guys in position and just screwing up. Lots of injuries on that side of the ball. Lot of penalties. This performance is on the players to me.
