Yeah, I want to know how you got 15 off as well. I have been with them forever with NFL ST and I never get anything free or discounted.

 

I just asked her very nicely if there was a way she could help me out on the price. Just ask, but be nice about it. When Superfan came out, most of us got it for free anyway, but last year I called them and asked them if they could help me out and they gave it to me for $40 bucks, this year I called them again and I'm getting the SuperFan for $50 bucks.

If your nice to them, they will help you out most of the time. If you call and they won't do anything for you, just say "thank you anyway" and call back later. :yes:

 

I tried to order one over the phone and was told they could only be ordered online.

 

She told me that I had to order it online also, so while I was doing that, she gave me a $15 credit. I was online at the same time I was talking to her. My next bill will say $30 bucks for the phone, but also a $15 credit.

 

The way I understand it is that you'll still pay $30 for the remote, but they will give you a $15 credit.

 

$30 bucks for one????? It better be able to talk to you and bring you a beer for that kind of money. They do look sweet.
