How many coaches have experienced the Chargers Chargering?

 

Williams, Daniels and Maye are all going to dumpster fire off teams. I just can’t see any of them being household names in 3 years.

 

Not to mention that Williams is a headcase, Daniels is a stick who's going to get broken in the NFL and Maye is way too raw.

 

Don't like that pick for the Chargers.

As for the QBs, I disagree on Williams and Daniels. Nobody is a sure thing to be sure, but the raw talent on both are absolutely worth it.

Biggest question I'm seeing now is how far JJ McCarthy falls. He has a lot of raw tools and intangibles, but was asked to do almost nothing at UM.

Caleb really isn't. They weren't that bad last year, they added offensive talent, and they have another top 10 pick. Its pretty much as good of a situation for a QB picked at #1.

I love the player, he's got almost everything you want except for some bum knees and a long injury history. But after giving Cousins all that money? I don't really know what to say. Just a weird pick.

 

I am torn on the Falcons' pick. I like Penix but that was way too high.

I think it's ok for the player, but they just gave Cousins a big deal. They need a lot of help, especially on D and just passed on it all to take a backup who might not play for 2 years.

Williams to Odunze is gonna be a problem for a lot of teams.

 

Keep other teams from beating them to the punch (Broncos/Raiders). Probably didn't have to give up much to do it. Jests only dropping back 1 still get the guy they want (OT/Bowers I assume) so it makes sense for them.
