We can compete with any team in the NFL in any venue thats a given imo. But your right this is a game we need to win to prove to ourselves we are amongst the best in the AFC.

Right now imo its: Pitt, Indy, BAL, NE , NY. We should be 1-2 VS those teams but reality shows we are 0-3.

Ill give u my "projected" division winners and that will leave the teams I think we will have to beat out for a WC spot.

North-Pitt
South-Indy
West-K.C

Fighting for WC: Jets, Ravens, Raiders, Tenn, Mia, Texans.

We play all of those teams besides Houston.

No, this game will not decide the outcome or the mindset of this team the rest of the season. It's a brutal road game with the Ravens coming off a bye. I think 316 is a refugee from another site that I was on from 3-4 yrs ago. If so, he's a passionate fan and okay in my book.

If your reading this 316, do you remember the name of the old site? I used to call you three on it. I forget my username, but I do recall private messaging you one time when I thought something was fishy with the site. Man, you used to get sent to the cyber principal's office all the time for cussing.

A lot of folks from that site went to Phinfever, I went to Finheaven for a while until I found this site.

 

Phinfever is such a nice little community, if I did not spend so much time here and on my CFL team site I would hang out there more often.

Great opporunity ...yes... they can win, will they???

Even if they win, the talent in this team is not complete...

too many missing pieces are still in IR this year... and no one speaks about it...

We have depth players that are currently starting, in the O, in the D and and ST...

So we can compete...we can beat any team currently, but we also can lose to any team currently...

When we get all our missing pieces next year... we will not only compete, but win more games against good teams...

So there will be about 1/2 dozen new starters next year, barring injuries... and those that are starting now, will be a strong depth...

So this game will not only show us how close we are again to being, not only competitive, but it will show how we are setting this team up to be a powerhouse for the next 4-5 years...
