I had to do some leg work to help my mother in law get a new car. She got a new Beetle today with leather, airbags galore, and a 6 cd changer. They have 0% interest for 72 months. She got the car for 300.00 below msrp. I just thought I would share that incase someone was thinking about buying a new car with great financing.:wink2:

A loaded car for 20,000.00 my mother in law is so happy.:wink2: I know it is not a Pagan hot rod, but they have some nice cars.

I wouldn't mind getting a jetta or passat. However, I am still holding out hope that I get a company car.

the Passat is a sweet ride. my wife had one before girl child number three came along and then she went minivan on me.

I dont rust anything from Volkswagen anymore. Everytime I knew someone that had a Passat, Jetta or Cabrio, there was always problems with the clutch, the trasmission, or something else. Beware the germans!

Funny I see this thread. I passed a GUY driving a shiny silver Beetle yesterday, and all I could think was
"Ahhhh how nice, your husband bought you a car"FinSane likes this. -
Doesn't hafta be a hot rod to be nice. ;)
She should have looked into a Corolla though. Better price and better gas mileage. Don't know about the financing though.Fin Fan In Cali likes this. -

One more spin on the "Hybrid" cars is that you better be an Electrical Engineer to even have a chance to work on one. Heaven forbid anything actually goes wrong with the Electrical end of it. Can you imagine what the cost for a "Specialist" would be to do any significant work on one :pity:
