This may be our best chance at a win over the next 3 games, and could potentially springboard us towards a strong finish, or it could essentially tie an anchor to our feet.
While the result of the game may ultimately not matter, I'll be looking for a strong game from Tannehill (even with Bess out), and to see how Henne performs for the first time against the team that drafted him.
Now I know some people may be hoping for a loss so that Ireland will be that much closer to losing his job, or so that our draft position is that much better, but I think it's important for us to play well at home and get wins anywhere we can so that going forward we don't forget how good it feels.
There's a lot to look forward to with this team over the next few months between the remaining games, (potentially, but likely) a new logo, possible FO changes, FA signings with our cap room, and of course the draft. I hope today is the first step towards something really great, even if it won't be happening this season.
Go Fins!

I wish a bunch of us were multi millionaires so we could buy all the seats so that no one goes to the game. A collective effort in Fireland. Sadly, it probably still wouldn't work. At least we have a punter to root for. This was the first time in years that I did not travel to any games. Mexico and Jamaica all inclusive was much less of a let down. The walk from the beach back to the room didn't not involve the Fins jersey walk of shame. The weed was great. It was outstanding. If you have the means, I highly recommend it. Instead of eight dollar beers, the Red Stripe and Corona flow freely. You can not possibly watch the Dolphins lose. They don't get epic fail on TV down there.

I may not like Ireland as the teams GM, but I would never root for a loss by the Dolphins, just to make it easier to get rid of Ireland. I expect the Dolphins to win today and hopefully the offense and defense come to play. I don't see a blowout and it will probably be a low scoring game, but the Dolphins should prevail against one of the worst teams in the entire NFL.

I really, really, would love to know why Egnew hasn't been active even once this year. I really am perplexed by this.

The season goes by so fast.
I want to finish this season strong. LET'S GO DOLPHINS!! -
They say it's because he's weak and can't block. If that's the case, line his *** up at in the slot or somewhere at WR for now.dolfan32323 likes this. -
TE Michael Egnew is inactive for the 14th straight game. of the 10 players drafted only two have started.

Id love R. Mathews to step up and have an ANquan Boldin like coming out party. Mayvbe Colston is a better analogy.

I will be very surprised if he is a member of the Dolphins in 2013. I expect Ireland to sign a free agent TE and use one of his draft picks to select a rookie TE. With a veteran free agent TE, Clay, and another rookie TE on the roster, that won't leave a spot for Egnew, IMO.Bpk likes this. -
No egnew or miller... Jeez...
Hopefully we dont make henne look like an elite qb today -

Anyone else disappointed Henne shaved the stache?

Who are the WR's today?? Fuller or anything activated?

The first view of the crowd, or in this case, the lack of a crowd, is very telling in regards to fan interest for the Dolphins in South Florida . This may end up being the smallest crowd, in actual attendance since the 1960's.
