seeing as we are all are backseat coaches , offensive and defensive coordinators . I am curious as to how we would do things and how we would turn this team around .
for instance not being a billionaire its hard to understand how a owner could save money / make money as opposed to gong broke.
What I 'm getting at is if your GM is too conservative for 5 years straight and the team has a record or 5-11 , 7-9 , 8-8 ,7-9 and 8-8 and you as a owner are not making money how would you address the situation ?
If ATTENDANCE is the worst in the league do you take action or how many years would you give that gm ?
if you as a owner spend 240 million and attendance is way down how do you address the problems?
if I was the owner I would be angry if I spent 200 plus million dollars and my team went 7-9 or 8-8 and my attendance was horrific I would fire the entire scouting department and the gm .
another way to ask is how patient would any of you be and how long is enough time to see which way your club is heading ?
I 'm just asking how you all would view the team as a owner .

I would find a few celebrity minority owners and build a nightclub in the stadium.

Honestly I wouldn't be against firing the entire damn scouting department, I know a lot of them have been there for a long time but they flat out haven't been good enough.

That said, it's not just as easy as 'firing everyone in the building and starting over' either. You have to give it time. I think Ross gives this regime, including Ireland another shot next year, unless this team completely rolls it in squalor...which I don't see happening.Aquafin likes this. -
If I were the owner I would hire PeeWee Herman as my head coach and make him stay in character whenever on the field. I then would move Tannehill to Center and Start Cam Wake as QB. Those would be my first steps.

I'm going to steal your ideas and make them better. I'd build a strip club featuring my minority owners in the dj both. Then I'd sign the Pope and trade for trade for the Sanchize to be the new smell of the Dolphins. I'm thinking those channel Brad Pitt commercials, but for dudes. Boom! Your mind = blown.

The first thing I would do, is sign me to a 3 year contract as GM. By the begining of the 3rd year, the stadium will be full, and the Dolphins will make the playoffs every season till I'm dead.
