Positives so far…

In my opinion, there are a lot of positives. The first two weeks, we saw how outclassed we actually were. But since then, we've seen clear growth in all phases of football. The offensive line looks pretty good and could be a strength by this time next season. The team is competitive and fighting through very obvious rookie mistakes. Nobody is giving up out there.

Rodriguez is an absolute stud and this draft was a very good one overall. We'll see what happens next season and who our QB will be.

I know many of you are finished with Willis already and he did look bad last week, but I'd love for him to prove you guys wrong and turn things around. Best case scenario, he grows this season, competes for the starting job next season, and gets benched for a talented rookie...or the rookie rides the bench for a bit and then steps in. Either way, that's what we should be hoping for- two different style QBs that can deliver.

I'm enjoying this season, even though I have almost zero expectations. We'll win a few eventually I'm sure, but I really don't care much about that because the team is competing and making it hard on opponents. Despite our record, we're not an easy win anymore.

I'm really impressed with the defence. Not since the days of Zach have I seen the D resembling a pack of rabid hyenas around a carcass when tacking the ball carrier. Work in progress, I know, but the game-on-game progress is there for all to see. I'm much more interested when the opposition have the ball than when we have it.

Here is a big one.Trading waddle and ending up with Chris Johnson.

We sure look like we got the better of that deal
