but he will not play for Miami or Sparano.
He also has some choice words for those who say Sparano is staying (Vonte this might be directed at you).
Needless to say, Ricky is pissed and I don't blame him.

Sigh.....what more evidence do we need folks!? RW is not the kind of guy to pop off like that without good reason, the writing is on the wall.

Yes, he tells it like he sees it as soon as he is one of the players notified:

Holy crap.
That certainly is contrary to the Will Allen interview and IMO mirrors the mind set of a team that to me looked like they had clearly given up on themselves and their coach against the Pats. -
bump...I reported this first. :)

so who do we believe RW or Will Allen?

"When asked about the main difference between the Patriots and Dolphins, he replied, “They have a quarterback.” Chad Henne finished the season with 15 touchdowns and 19 interceptions and was benched twice. "

Listen for yourselves, Volin is spinning, RW said more or less he did not like Sparano's style personally because he likes to figure things out on his own, he also never said "he lost the locker room" he also did not specifically say "they were full of ****" he said "whenever in the past players said that.."
RW did say there were times during the run up to the NE game that he did not feel they were preparing as well as they could be which is odd as he also did not like the micromanaging?
The more informative things (imho) is Williams speaking about the difference between how hard the pats played when they had nothing to gain, and how poorly the dolphins played when they had everything to gain.
Also like the bit about Chad Henne turning the wrong way on a handoff attempt..in wk #17

God I love me some Ricky right about now.....he is a straight shooter and these FACTS couldnt come from a more credable source inside the locker room.

I could have predicted this from you with little trouble.
Before you even respond about "Henne supporters" trying to lay all the blame on the coaching staff you can't go there.
I don't know anyone that has said there are no issues with Henne.
Just that there are larger issues with the ones captaining the ship.
Regardless there are definitely issues with this team.
I have my view you have yours.
I'll give you Henne getting cut as long as Henning and Lee are out and feel ok about it.Moves, MonstBlitz, and 2 others like this. -

Meh. Ricky Williams is part of the problem. Always has been. Just look at his attitude. He wants to quit this team and go to another because it is too hard to stay and help fix the problem that he had a hand in creating (throughout the years). **** him. He doesn't get a pass just because he decides to **** all over the franchise again.
Good riddance to Ricky. Go to New England. All of a sudden you want to play more? What happened to wanting to be part of a team? Liking the fact that you split carries? Not wearing yourself out? Oh right...as you said, you are full of ****. Hopefully Sparano follows him out the door.Shamboubou and GridIronKing34 like this. -
Say it Ricky! Now let's here from Dansby and Marshall!

IMO that's the problem I have with Sparano---- that he prioritizes micromanaging, being perfect in the X's, O's, and all the little things SO MUCH that he forgets that this is FOOTBALL, and that sometimes having things like "playmakers" etc can nullify the need to have perfect execution on EVERY friggin play to succeed. The way he and Henning talk, you'd think that there's not 11 talented guys on the other team trying to stop us.

Who actually knew the first day of the offseason for the Dolphins would end up more exciting than the entire season under Sparano's watch...

Wow, I'm a little surprised. Ricky has even said positive things about Wannstedt. I'm sure he'll say nice things about Sparano in the future, but it's obvious he doesn't want to play for this regime.
First Jason Taylor(who said he'd still be here if Parcells wasn't-and after this season I don't see why anyone would take Parcells' side), now Ricky. I can only see Ricky staying if a new coach is here. -
"I think usually when players are talking and saying the right things, that they're full of ****."
I love Ricky Williams... -

LOL that Ricky is getting blasted for being honest.....

I've never worshipped Henne nor has anyone else.
There is a portion of us here that simply believe a large portion of his issues have come from inadequate use and development.
Why must you try to simplify what we've been saying all along to make your arguments look more impressive? -

So interesting you choose to leave that out.
Again I've stated I'm willing to meet in the middle fully acknowledging Henne has issues however you seem to fully support that the ONLY issue with this team is a young QB.
Do you really feel the only issue this team had was a QB?
We'd be Super Bowl bound with another QB?MonstBlitz likes this. -
