Poor guy. Anyone that wants to come on here and smack talk Tannehill is being immediately added to my ignore list.

I have piled it on Tannehill but I'm starting to come around to the idea that the team is cancerous and you can't diagnose Tannehill until other areas are cured.

 

Tannehill is not blameless, but is definitely one tough SOB.

 

The center missed the snap count...the play was obviously on two and he snapped it on one. That's why he was the only one who managed to block.

 

Yeah, it's impossible to know what Tannehill can be, playing behind this line, with a suspect offensive scheme.

 

If this was Star Trek, Tannehill would be the red shirt that managed to survive the whole series.

 

We might be recalling this bad snap as the sole reason we get x player in the draft as opposed to y. What are we, like #5?

 

How can you not root for this guy? Every game, every play he's out there busting his *** behind a dog**** OL.

Yeah, I agree. I may be to harsh on the scheme itself. I just don't like seeing receivers bunched up on the same part of the field, most of them running short routes.

I'm giving up on Ryan ever being elite or a true franchise QB but I'm still a big fan. He is absolutely a tough SOB and he is a much better QB than he is given credit for. He actually has thrown the deep ball fairly well this year at times too.

It's funny going on Facebook, the Dolphins page there people are claiming him THE worst QB in football. I'm not saying he's great or anything but saying he's the worst or even comparable to Chad Henne as many do there and here as well is just clueless.

We were already ahead of those guys, but due to the tie breaking procedure we are ahead of Balt I believe after their upset today so we've moved up 1 spot to 6th.

Draft tiebreaker goes to strength of schedule 1st I believe.

 

I doubt I'll have the mentality required to root for better draft position.

 

tannehill has his left leg completely wrapped up and players said he had a very hard time catching his breath in the huddle on quite a few plays. i feel bad for the guy, this organization being as ****ing stupid as they are have completely let him down.

 

Why play him next week? Call it a season. He will be our QB next year and if he elevates his game to a much higher level than he has before? Maybe we keep him going forward.

Point is 2016 will be the make or break year for Ryan for contractual purposes, give him an early break from the beatings.

Herald reporting Tannehill had blood in his urine before the game.

I agree. Sit him next game. No sense putting him out there to get mauled with a lost season. Let his recuperation period start now.

that is just bad man, and people on here want to know why he has "regressed". the guy has been beat to hell and is far more banged up than people realize. the guy is pissing blood, has his left leg completely wrapped after the game, cant catch his breath, has had a sore ankle and bad back and the guy still goes out there taking this kind of abuse and throwing for 300+ yards.... and after all that he has still started every game of his career.

To me, there is a good idea of what sort of Qb Tannehill "is", mainly, good, not great, needs help to win games.

Seems like the league caught up to the Lazor offense, the offensive line is just as terrible, and the better the ball is run the better he plays..no shocker, does mean he is not a high volume/"franchise' type of Qb. Think he is best suited to a heavy play action style of offense.

Also think he is very tough and a great competitior and has maximized the talented bits on the offense. Matthews and Parker will combine for 1k yds along with Landry

 

This front office has really done a good job of protecting their biggest offensive investment... /sarcasm

they should all be fired for being so stupid to believe that Turner and Thomas were the solution.

thats what i think as well i think tannehill is a good qb you can win superbowls with a good qb. i think tannehill with the right type of offense can become great.
