I got it when he was still playing for us. One of my favorite Miami players, and it wasn't his choice to leave. One of the first things he said after getting let go by Miami was, "No matter what, I'll always be a Dolphin." :smile:

Not really. Any jersey I have ever gotten has been of a current player at that time. Why would I go out wearing a jersey of someone that is playing for someone else or is no longer on the team? I have a few jerseys hanging in my closet...Marino, Zach, Chambers...that I will never wear again. Why should I? I still have a Ricky Williams jersey from back when he first came to here, but it wasn't until this year that I actually pulled it back out of the closet. He was actually close to being thrown out after everything that went down. The only one that I have worn this year is JT and he never came out of the closet last year when he was with Washington. Why wear a JT jersey when he is playing for Washington? I agree...there are tards out there that would do the opposite. If you are one of them, I am sorry if I offended you. :)

 

That is different. Like I said below, I have a Zach in my closet. I just haven't thrown it out yet, however...I will never wear it again. Zach is one of my fav players as well...but he isn't on the team so there is no reason to sport his jersey. AJ Duhe is my all time fav Phin. I don't go around wearing his jersey. :)

really? I got Authentic Zach Jersey for 99$ last year and its once of the best Jerseys i own! I would love to get it autograph one day and frame it!

I got my Thomas jersey in '01. It's pretty worn out from season after season of wearing it and washing it, although I haven't worn it in a couple of years. Even if he was still on the team I couldn't wear it. It doesn't fit anymore, too many beers and pizzas.:lol:

 

Tickets to the Dolphins Steelers game coming up this weekend and Dolphins head-covers for my fairway metals. :up:

 

Guess I'm a tard then. I'm proud to wear my Zach, Marino, JT, Ricky, Moore when ever I feel like it. I'm not offended, I don't care what any one thinks of the Miami gear I wear.

My friend came down from Ohio and brought me a bunch of Dolphin ornaments, a Dolphin snuggie, a Dolphins fan parking only sign, a Dolphin bag for shopping, but I'm going to use it for a pocket book next season. My daughter got me a Dolphin calendar, she does this every year.
My sister made me a plaque on a piece of wood with the emblem on it. It is really pretty.
