This is basically like an e-bay auction where the winners is determined after 24 hours (on March 4th, 12:01AM EST). The same bidding rules apply where the minimum bid increments are $100K for players between the price of $1.0M - $5.0M and $250K for players above the price of $5.0M. The following players are eligible to be bid on. Below is a refresher of what it would cost to sign a player of a certain tag or tender... but the original team always has first right of refusal; meaning they can match the "winning" bid at the end of the 24 hours.

Non-Exclusive Franchise Tag = two 1st round picks
Transition Tag = no compensation
1st + 3rd round RFA tender = 1st and 3rd round pick
1st round RFA tender = 1st round pick
2nd round RFA tender = 2nd round pick
Original round RFA tender = whatever round the player was drafted in; if the player was drafted in the first round, compensation would actually be a 2nd round pick.
