None stellar performances. Defense won the game last year. What's his overall record against the division? Oh so now it's HE has never lost in New York? But when the team loses its the team lost. It's a team game. Thought the tannehill crowd stayed away from the quarterback being defined by wins and saying the quarterback can win or lose a game for his team. But only when Miami wins.

 

Dont count on it. To date tannehill has done seldom well against the division. Besides 2 good games. In 4 years.

 

Hopefully we win 3-0 and Tannehill sucks.. Probably makes for a perfect Sunday for you. A guy who doesn't like Tannehill starts a post doing his best to stay positive.. And you come in and crap on people trying to do the same. Shocking

I can't stay positive when there are people in here saying this guy is a franchise quarterback and they make excuse after excuse for the guy and blame his struggles on literally everyone else they possibly can. For once I would like Tannehill to not lay an egg against the division. But if that happens again his fans will blame everyone else and their own mother if they could.

Last years Pats. 178 yards. Are you for real? Moreno went beast mode that day and the defense held New England to 20 points. Tannehill played game manager again.

With the exception against the Pats 2013 and Jets 2013 he has played bad or played as a game manager. 25 TDs and 24 interceptions seems good to you though? 4 years. Rarely does well. 6-15 against division. 2 good games.

watching two things in isolation today..the qb..and the coach...focus on tannehill and how he operates, and the coach to see if he brings anything to the table as far as scheme adjustments..He said he feels confident they they have figured some things out for the jets and will be ready for them..

 

He did not look good last year against the Pats. Even though it was a blowout win, check the threads that week. Lots of people were discussing how his throws were off.

 

Seeing as how it's a division opponent, what's the over/under on the number of INTs thrown by Tanny today?

2013 2nd Jets and Pats - very good games
2014 2nd Buffalo game, good game. 2nd Pats game was good, needed a td or two more, but I feel like he was let down by receivers that game.

 

Can we not just have a game without boneheaded mistakes and penalties where our worst players up their performance to even average and the offense and defense as a team complement each other? Too many times the offense goes three and out after a defensive stop or the defense gives up a long TD drive after we put up points, not to mention special teams meltdowns of late.

 

Damn dude ,relax. If you're a Dolphins fan shouldnt you root for him anyway instead of hoping he screws up to prove you right? I hated , HATED Henne but I still tried to stay positive and root for him at gametime.

We don't match up well vs New York but I still feel we can take it.

 

His accuracy is vintage Thill today. He's missed half his throws by a large margin. Got Matthews hurt, took points off the board with a pick. If only our defense wasn't holding us back! As bad as the D has been this year they're clearly our better unit. 2 possessions that started in Jets territory and 0 points. This is why we suck. Our offense is bottom of the barrel.

 

Thill is known for his incredibly clutch performance on money plays like 3rd down. Maybe he can manage to actually lead a guy on 3rd down before this game is over. Can't blame the down n distance on the 3rd down woes so far this game. Just 2 pitiful throws.

 

Maybe the Pouncey injury will keep miami out if the shotgun which is worthless with our passing game.

I was a huge supporter of Tannehill at the start of the season but he has regressed. His decision making and accuracy seem to be going down. Something needs to change.
