    Really is highway robbery but San Francisco is just fine too. Houston are the ones that have truly suffered from this lol…

    This, I would say great trader, except on draft day. Trading away a second rounder for Josh Rosen was a dumb move. Trading away multiple picks to move up and draft Leonte Caroo was an epically dumb move. Trading up for Eichenbergh another dumb move.

    Basically Grier is a good GM as long as you don't let him anywhere near the draft, which is actually the most important part of being a GM. With the amount of early round busts and terrible draft day trades he's had, I would label him a bad drafter.

    Mediocre GM overall. He nailed it with the Hill and Tunsill trades though.

    In general I agree, but if Tua pans out it will make up for a lot of misses. Can't emphasize enough how important getting the right QB is.
