Can I use my measurements & stats from like 2 years ago?

I are not. Just haven't worked out/exercised in 2 years, and some of those drills have 2 days worth of subsequent pain written all over 'em, broad jump being one.

Height..... Not tall enough to reach the top shelf virtually anywhere. As Garfield said about this and the next topic "I am not overweight. I am undertall!

Weight Get Real! My Doctor has a talking scale.. It told me "One at a time, please." Doc told me to exercise. I told him about my blown out knees (One MCL, two Meniscus tears - catcher, Nose Tackle), Back (L3/4, L4/5 disc herniated from lifting weights), torn rotator cuff, separated shoulder surgery, and job.. too much chair parade, too many parishioners who love to feed the pastor! AND - a covered-dish supper for any reason whatsoever.. He mentioned chains and bread and water!

Arm Length I can still reach her... does that count!

Hand Size I can still reach around it.

40 Yard Dash Give me 10 yards and a colonoscopy prep and I can beat anyone, anytime, anywhere with a booster assist even!!

Bench Press (225lbs) I can do that easy. Every time I sit down, I press the bench with more than that!

Broad Jump Come on!!! Not at my age.!!! Besides that, they can outrun me

Vertical Yep... Still Am - most of the time!.

Cone I run over several in any number of parking lots.. specially when the grandkids are hollering.

20 Yard Shuttle does unloading the car after my wife goes shopping count?.... It oughta count for something. She loves to shop!

60 Yard Shuttle Every time I mow the lawn.. Back and forth, back and forth.

Barry, I commend you for idea. I commend you more for actually making your numbers public. Half the size of Tavon Austin and slower than Rich Eisen with a vertical that wouldn't look out of place on one of The Golden Girls ;)

I had someone time me in the 40 behind the gymnasium on a concrete surface once at the end of college. We had a 5.9 hand timed. Suffice it to say I weigh more than Barry.

OK, I've worked it out. I have to say that it's dark outside so the NFL has just ruled that I can't do the athletic drills today but I'm KILLING it in the measurement stakes.

My official hand measurement is 9 and 4/8ths. I don't know how they measure arm length but my wing span is 73.5 inches. I'm 5'10".

 

The big shock is how big my hands are. I may have gone up a whole round on that info alone.
