Hindsight is 50/50. Thomas looked great tonight. Lets hope Odrick looks better when he gets back on the field.
-
My bigger fear is Ordick never returns! That injury has a bad history of continuing to break.

Guys Dez and Earl have speed and are play makers, trifecta finds those under rocks in later rounds!

I wanted Dez or Morgan or ET. I would of been happy with those 3.

So saying they were right when Odrick missed almost the entire year? Makes a lot of sense.

But I would much rather draft a 3-4 de with a pre-existing medical condition, that recorded more broken bones then tackles!Phins28, GARDENHEAD, Phinatic425 and 3 others like this. -
I'm very interested to see how the bifecta works out. -

And the best playmakers available for the rest. -
Earl Thomas or Mike Iupati was my wants.

Koa Misi has also been a stud against the run after some early hiccups. Also has the potential to be a quality pass rusher who can provide 7-8 sacks and occasionally get double digit sacks in his career. Quality #2 pass rusher.
Earl Thomas is great for a team that needs a center fielder, but on this team he would have been asked to do a lot more in run support (where Earl has been pretty mediocre). Clemons has been pretty darn solid for a 5th rounder. Came in and got 2 forced fumbles, 1.5 sacks and an INT. Could have been a couple more if it weren't for the drops, but then this team did lead the league in dropped INT's.
All depends on what Odrick does when he comes back. Career's aren't made in the first year for those short-sighted folks.MarinePhinFan, GMJohnson and Zod like this. -
First 3-4 de is not a pass rusher he takes up blocks to free up the olb.
Second if if if he had a pre-existing medical condition that is prone to stress fracture and it did! So we can play the what if game all off season long, but as of now the odds are against Ordrick, and Thomas is making plays in the post season.
Oh by the way Clemons sure dropped a few game changing picks Thomas makes!Fin-Omenal likes this. -

I think Odrick can be a really good player, personally. He showed a lot of promise before his injury.

This Would Have Been a Great Draft if we went this direction
1.Earl Thomas
3.J.D Walton
4.AJ Edds
5.Reshad Jones
5.LaGarrette Blount
6.Trindon Holliday
7.J'Marcus Webb
7.Sam Sheilds -

Jared Odrick assuming he gets healthy has a bright future as he can get pressure when needed and has a high motor.
To the topic I like Earl Thomas but no way would I trade him for Misi and Odrick. -

earl thomas doesnt meet the "you must be this tall to get on this ride" marker the regime has lol
he has had a good season, but i think mayock was fist pumping him a little too hard tonight tbh. i wonder if mayock really had this kid super high before the draft last year -
