There are throws he just cant make, the trajectory of his throws always floats like a rainbow and the speed on that ball just isnt there for what we need to take this offense to the next level. A quarterback with a fastball would take this offense to the next level.. and it doesnt even have to be a strong fastball like mahomes or herbert.. arm strength comparable to Rodgers or even Brady would be enough.. tua’s arm strength is very below average

I love how nobody here is blaming the coaches for what went down on Sunday. His head clearly slammed on the ground late in the first half and he wasn't right for the rest of the game. McDaniel was roasted for letting Tua finish the Buffalo game and he obviously learned nothing. Fact is Tua went out and played the entire second half with a concussion. We're all judging him on 3 ints while playing concussed when he came into the game with 5 all season.

What can the coach do if the player doesn’t say anything and there is no real signs of Tua having a concussion. For the Buffalo game he was cleared to play and wanted to return, if you wanna trash McDaniel for that you could do that with every coach in the NFL, it’s not like McDaniel is the only one who’s done something like that. Football is a brutal Sport, especially the NFL and it seems like Tua is just not build to take the punishment your body has to endure to play in this league.

If he was concussed that badly again, then we need to move on from Tua immediately.

After the scrutiny McDaniel was under for leaving Tua in the Buffalo game I'm just surprised he wouldn't take Tua out after seeing his head slam the turf like that. I didn't see it when it happened but I was definitely thinking something is way off in the 2nd half. He was totally different after that hit.

Pathetic that that play resulted in a concussion. Tua is far too fragile if that type of tackle is scrambling his brains.

Because it doesn't matter who's fault it is that he was still on the field, the problem is that Tua gets his brains scrambled on routine hits.

He's not getting leveled by Lawrence Taylor on these hits.

McDaniel was asked by reporters about Tua's status for Sunday's game in NE and he wouldn't rule him out. Is this guy serious? He should have been ruled out the second he told the coaches on Monday that he had concussion symptoms.

Concussion symptoms could mean he came into work with a slight headache. We don't work for the team and we aren't doctors. They could just be being extra cautious. Nobody knows anything.

Again, everyone on here and Twitter is diagnosing him with a concussion when in fact, he hasn't been diagnosed with a concussion.

I'm not advocating for him to play, I don't think he should, but let's just stop spewing misinformation as it's factual again.

After seeing the replay and Tua coming to the coaches with even the slightest of symptoms McDaniel should have already decided he's ruled out for NE. I thought McDaniel would have learned his lesson. The fact that Tua hasn't been ruled out yet is concerning.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Kenny Pickett placed in concussion protocol on a Monday and played the following Sunday? Was Mike Tomlin SERIOUS??? Letting a player in concussion protocol play the following week??????

Ya'll need to quit being armchair doctors with your degree from Wikipedia and let those who are doctors who have their degrees and licensed be the experts to determine if someone is cleared to play or not. If Tua's cleared to play, then he's cleared to play. If he isn't, then he isn't.

For about 4 weeks I thought maybe just maybe this guy will be a franchise QB and I was wrong.
Go to back to my original assessment when we drafted him.Small,slow,weak arm and fragile!
Of.course.thanks.to.Florres and idiot Chubb trade We have no first.rd picks and no money to find a QB.
I guess Bridgewater will be QB in 2023.If.Tua truly has concussion I would think his family persuades him to retire especially with a new baby in the mix.
