Hard to say because the Redskins have really managed him very, very well. So much of what he does is high percentage screen stuff that utilizes his feet as a threat and leverages the things he was already used to in college.

That depends on whether or not Sherman would have tailored the offense to fit the skillset of the Qb...
I love RG3, and he would of been a dolphin if it was up to me, but I'm not blind to how simple the offense he is running is, would we have done the same for him?,or would we train him from the pocket apparently like what were doing with Tannehill..
Does he have better weapons than RT, yes, the explosiveness of the players he's working with allows them to simplify the scheme and allow athleticism to take make plays, including the ones coming from his position..He is however, leading that team, has that incredible ability so players are naturally drawn to him, having the intellect to understand what he has, and how to use it, inspires teammates to wanna be their best, basically he elevates those around him.
It might not be over a hundred, his weapons and their play making ability improves his stats relative to Tannehill.. Must take into account what kind of run game he's playing with over ours..I saw some beautiful zone blocking that the redskins were doing that I have not seen a glimpse of here...harmoniously moving down the line while the back sticks the hole is not something going on here with Reggie bush
So I would say about 90 to 92. -
The system for RGIII is working really well for him right now, like previous mentioned, that credit goes to the Shanahans. but it also works well because they drafted Alfred Morris, who right now, is better than our RBs. Those two complement each other really well. If we had RGIII in our current system, he'd be above average, but that's it IMO.
-
I have no idea what his QB rating with the Dolphins would be with the Dolphins, since Ireland wasn't smart enough to trade enough picks to get him. All I do know is that his rating for be much higher than Tannehill's because he is a much better QB than Tannehill.

When they add a a couple more athletes they will be able to beat you by executing a simple run based spread offense with huge misdirection principles and better athletes. -
I don't know, but yesterday was the first time I really got a good long look at him. Holy **** is he fun to watch. Made me very very jealous of Redskins fans. I did find his style of play though very reminiscent of Mike Vick's first year in the NFL when he took the league by storm. I'm not sure if that's just my mind playing tricks on me since they are both black athletic QBs. I think RGIII has the pocket passing skills to succeed where Vick failed when the league caught on and learned how to defend his feet (to a certain degree). Will be interesting and fun to see how his career goes.

I don't see him doing as well, but because of what ck said more than talent differences. Shanahan seems to be perfect for him. I'm not sure Philbin would get the same out of him. Though I could be wrong depending on how much Rodgers' success was due to him or McCarthy. Just plopping him down in our system, I think you'd get a bit better than what Tannehill has done, but not much. Luck, on the other hand, seems to be what most thought he would be. They don't seem to be babysitting him like we do with Tanny and Washington does with GR3.

X 20.
So basically, around 61. And he'd already be out for the season by now. -
Sherman would call a pitch to Javorski Lane.
-
I'm enamored with the offense and the guts to run it. -
And you guys assumed draq queens weren't athletic.
-
Out of 12 games so far...3 games with a rating of 130+, 3 more games with a rating of 100+, 2 games with a rating of 90+, 2 games with a rating of 80+, 2 games with a rating of 70+, not a single game lower than Tannehill's 72.3 QB rating for the year. Whatever it would be I think it's fair to assume it would be much higher than 72.3
-
Here's an interesting thing I just discovered. Miami and Washington have played 2 common opponents: Cincinnati and St. Louis
Tannehill's Pass rating in those 2 games were higher than RGIII's. *(Just noting. no conclusions are drawn from this)
Anyway....
I'll assume that RGIII would've won all the games that Tannehill won. Assuming the offense was groomed to his abilities, I'd say he could've won the first Jet game, the Buffalo game, and maybe the NE game.
I say maybe the NE game because who knows how the Pats as a whole would've responded to a more potent offensive opponent.
So I'll say that the Dolphins with RGIII are currently 7-5. maybe 8-4. -
I don't know, but I know we'd be in the playoffs and he'd be faring better than Tannehill.
-
-
Meanwhile, the Dolphins have rushed for over 100 yards only 4 times this year. In the interests of full disclosure, they are 2-2 in those games. The point is that RG3, while having a great season, has greatly benefited from having a great running game.
This is why what Andrew Luck has done, to me, is more impressive. -
