AVG and Baker are both out against KC.

Are they even going to be able to field a team at this point?
With all the other nagging injuries I'll be surprised if they can even finish the game. -

Howard is out too, as I predicted.

So the whole depth at OLB and edge rusher is Ogbah and Ingram. Everyone else is done for the year.
Fangio is going to need to get creative, maybe he lines up Wilkins and Sieler at end with Hand and Davis as the DT's? Even then, I think we only have 4 linemen, they are going to need to elevate or sign people this week.dolphin25 likes this. -
What an end to a very promising season.. we got some massive holes to fill in Chubb and Phillips who will both likely miss the 2024 season… and although we thought we addressed the secondary with Ramsey.. with Xaviens future in the air we may need to fill that hole too…

It was said in the other thread, but at some point Miami strength and conditioning coaches and personnel have to be held accountable. It's been too many seasons with too many injuries to just be bad luck. It's a violent game and injuries happen, I know, but they happen too often and frequently to this team for too many seasons in a row.

For the upcoming game, we almost have to sign some street guys. Bruce Irvin got cut by Detroit the other week, JPP is floating around, Frank Clark, etc.
Hell, maybe just see what Tindall can do there. :death:
If we have any hope this game, the offense has to come ready to play. But dang, to say this will be an uphill battle is a major short sell.
Xavien Howard can get cut this offseason for all I care. Cant stay on the field and he's lost at least a step. CBs go quick. Will need to add a vet or two in FA. -
it was bad all season already…. Playoffs will be even worse.
Agree with the guy in the other thread that Fins need to review every single coach/doctor/trainer/therapist that is associated with player wellness and strength and conditioning. -

These aren't muscle strains, tears or pulled hamstrings. How exactly can you train out a blown-out ACL? Or someone falling/stepping on your foot? Or a sprained ankle? I could understand if these are soft tissue issues but these are surgical repairs that are needed. Not too sure how conditioning or strength is solving that. Maybe one of the posters who keeps saying this can explain it.

Most of the players injured this year already had significant injury histories going into the season. I already listed them all before, look it up. -

You guys are nit picking. Grier has overlooked players with significant injury histories like Armstead(never played a full NFL season), Phillips who retired from college briefly due to injury history), Tua(who defied multiple years of injuries), Chubb whose missed significant time in several years in the NFL.

More arguing from the usuals on here. I'll see myself out

Justin Houston signed.

Suh would have been a nice pickup a couple weeks ago.
