Im sure alot of you recongize my handle. I purposely did not change it because I dont want anyone to think I am spying on your site here. I was not apart of the division that lead to this second site being created. I dont know the story behind it nor do I care to know. I am not here to extend an olive branch nor am I here to feed the disention between you all. I registered here because I am a Dolphin fan and like to have a diversre amount of opinions to listen too.
I am not going to be getting involved in the he said she said crap between your two sites. Thats between those of you who haVE YOUR REASONS.
Before the split I use to enjoy some very good conversations with some of you, L2G specifically comes to mind at the moment but there are others here too. It is my hope that I can continue these interactions without being viewed as some sort of enemy to the site.
I have choosen to be very upfront on who I am so there no feelings of deception. If you guys choose not to allow me to be a member here, so be it. I will accept that decision. I hope you feel differently but the ball is in your court.
I am a mod there and have no intention of quitting being one, to me it is important for quality people to control the tone and level of the site and I hope I do a good job at that. I will not slander you guys and I hope you pay me the same repect back.
Please let me know your decision if I can be a welcomed member and contributor here and the other stuff can be overlooked by both of us.

well, i'm new here. i don't know what happened with them and here. but.
I do moderate elsewhere. we have strict policies there and a member was in something similar to you (...kind of). he was up front with his intentions and based on that we allowed him there. his interests were the same as ours he was just known by certain people to stir the pot a little bit.

I can only gather that you have been misinformed.Unlike your site where the name of this site is banned and where many of our members were banned from your site for expressing their honest opinions we welcome all who want to contribute to this site in a positive way.
We have several of your staff as members here .
If you want to exchange ideas on a equal footing then we should play by the same rules.
We dont have the Finheaven name banned here nor do we delete threads that mention the sites names or its former members .

Bro, I don't know the whole story, nor do I need to know. All I know is I am a member at both sites, and have chosen to post here.

I just can't see the value of banning anyone who is a solid contribitor to any website. Rival or not. I'm registered at 10 sites, welcomed to all of them, but none of them give you the type of welcome as this site. It's not a knock on the others just a compliment as to how things are run here, and the types of members involved....

We really have no "enemies" here, so you need not fear being treated as one, and nobody would ever ask you to relinquish your staff status at any other site to be a member here, not sure why you'd think that at all.
I have to admit though, I don't remember you from FinHeaven, and I joined in it's first year... back in 2004, and had been an Admin for much of the time after that.... although towards the end of my tenure there, I really didn't spend a lot of time in the forums.
Anyway, I'm glad you decided to join us here, I think you find the atmosphere quite nice. We are all like family here, and respect each other quite a bit... and it shows in our discussions.
Good football talk, with good football fans. The best fans... Miami Dolphin fans... and isn't that what it's all about? :knucks:
