I lost one of my best friends

SICKforum_veteranOPJJ Hernandez "Meatball" was a guard on my HS football team, me and him and his family went to dolphins games together....we partied...he was a paramedic in the army. he was found dead at his home this weekend. it has broughten me to tears...and has honestly shaken me up big time. my heart is in pieces......his brother is currently in the army rangers and over seas in Afghanistan....he doesnt know about this....and its heart breaking.
please if you could keep his family in your prayers.

Nappy Rootsforum_veteranIt's rough man. I lost my best friend about 4 months ago, and I still cry almost daily. Wish I could tell you how to cope with it, but I can't. Keep pushing through it, its not gonna get easier anytime soon.

Boik14subscriberJust saw this now. Sorry for the loss of your friend Chris. Ive been through losing people that are the same age as you and I think it definitely stings more then losing someone older probably because it reminds you of your mortality.
