As I sad on twitter, if true trade him. I am sick of this ****. Always something with this guy. That hip seems to be A-ok eh? Partying and fighting people. Get in the ****ing field then. Like time to focus on your craft in mid July not knocking back drinks hanging in clubs.

 

Something is rather suspicious about the way that he merely tweets and IGs about it. "Filed a report with the police." Yet, Miami PD says no reports filed. HMMM...

Could it be that people are attempting to cash in on a player whose troubled reputation precedes him? No, I'm sure that Mike and Maurkice and 4 bouncers just beat the **** out of some random dude for no reason.

 

Regardless if true or not, they're still wearing "Free Hernandez" stuff....

I'm not saying that Mike doesn't need to stay out of trouble, but sometimes people recognize those who get into trouble frequently and attempt to cash in on that. Maybe they're just trying to experience a few minutes of fame.

 

The dude was bothering the twins, they called the bouncers to get rid of the punk and he didn't go peacefully.

Im going to hold off judgement of this allegation, sounds like it could very well be a bunch of BS by someone looking for attention or cash. We can argue that the Pouncey brothers would be better off celebrating in private and not being in clubs at 4am but hey they are adults they can do that if they choose to.

 

I don't think people say they can't do what they want, they can. The problem with them (and their ilk) is that what they choose to do is so stupid.

 

Probably is a bunch of BS, but if people are seeking you out to even try for a police report then stay away from alcohol and the public.

I'm really suprised that Pouncey is out and about so soon after surgery, I'm sure he was dancin and sh&$, maybe he'll be back early, I mean if he isn't on any pain killers then there isn't much pain, he's not resting in bed or anything like that, I'm sure he's not mixing pain killers and alcohol..

Partying at 5 am , he should be ready to go no later than week 4

 

Dude's face got swollen, but claims he had to get stitches this morning? The picture with the supposed stitches gets taken down.. The woman he is associated with claims to be the biggest promoter in Miami yet no one has heard of her until now. Police report filed this morning according to the update.. 4 bouncers and two NFL players beating up a woman and a gay man? I don't know. Let's see what happens. Seems fishy and has quite the cast of characters so far.

 

Preventive maintenance, don't party in greasy coke clubs when you are a pro football payer so that you keep the risk of bad publicity away from your franchise..

Also, this one, avoid all confrontation..and try to be on the DL when you've already been investigated by the NFL...lol

There is a way that he's this stupid, if he put his hands on someone, then as a team, you have to suspend him.

 

that's good to hear, but there will be damage to the franchise, ours and his perception is rotten at this point, he's got to think about what ifs when making partying decisions.

 

Makes me wonder if the League Office will take action. As far as I can tell, we still haven't heard about any suspension for Pouncey's involvement in "bullygate". This, if true, might give them a reason for more than a wrist slap if they decide to take action.

 

There's a hundred different scenarios that could of went down last nite, gotta wait for details, but mos def if it's true, a slap in the mouth will be more like it..

Given the fact that you're in a contract year, being/have been investigated for bullygate, coming off an injury that may prevent him from playing this season, wearing hats in support of an alleged murderer in which more and more victims seem to be cropping up every day, and you live in Miami, maybe you take a year or two off from the big club bashes. Social media makes everybody a celebrity, and the high profile life he is living down there is only bringing the crazy ones out of the woodwork and into their lives and the result is this craziness happens (if it is legitimately untrue).

 

Awareness, not being ignorant to the perception, and being smart enough to know that bad things happen at clubs at 5 at the morning..just some better decision making when it comes to partying and all relative to your spotlight and franchise...your getting paid a lot of money to represent, sometimes small sacrifices is the way to show that loyalty and wisdom.

 

I could care less if the Pouncey brothers got together to go watch some boobies (look at the sig pics in this forum before getting all morally superior). Is it legal...yes. Is it outlawed by the NFL...no. Past behavioral history or not, simply going to a strip club by itself is their business and choice...to hell with the media if they feel the need to demonize them for it. Non-issue as far as I'm concerned.

Now if they went there and started a brawl, that's another story. But this situation seems to reek of a dude trying to get a payday out of some celebrities. If they were at fault and started some s*** and physically attacked anybody, arrest and try them, but I'm not convinced that happened at this point...typical media over-sensationalizing no harm-no foul stuff.

To be clear...I'm not debating Pouncey's entire history or behavior with the Dolphins...simply commenting on THIS particular situation.

 

The guy just got out of supposed major surgery a week and a half ago..maybe someone should be questioning the severity of this injury.

 

One of my first thoughts too. It could be a case of him having a high tolerance for physical pain...that can be a curse. Also could be a case of "as part of your recovery, no overly strenuous activity, but going about your daily activities can help the recovery" kind of thing. I have no idea, just guessing.

 

He's just not a professional. I don't want him on this team. Maybe Miami isn't the place where he needs to be. Problem is his trade value is the lowest it can be right now.

 

Serious question: do people still do cocaine?

 

The semi-monthly Mike Pouncey negative press incident.... seemed like we were almost due for this.

Who knows if these people are fame/lawsuit seekers or have an agenda b/c of Pouncey's alleged gay bashing in the bullygate report... but when you put your name all over a club promotion, your giving these people a chance to plan their 'press attack'.

And for what? The club probably gave the Pouncey's a free bar tab to use their names/birthday to promote the event. Hope that $1,000 bar tab was worth this crap....
