Its a pretty shockingly good article, considering the source.
I don't think there is any doubt that he is the guy.

Ryan Leaf-ville? That dude had a more than two time career interception % than Tannehill does over his first 22 games. Ryan would be so far from that place even if he never becomes a star.

Hell yeah, great break down. I think it's becoming pretty clear to everyone that we got a winner in Tannehill. Gotta say I really love this roster

Its good that Prisco is saying he doesnt belong in that - regardless if he would be the furthest from Leaf-ville - he doesnt need any place in that bucket.
Tannehill may not be in the multiple SB rings guy either, but atleast he is being recognized as a QB that settles in to being a quality passers for years to come, the kind who can lead a team to a Super Bowl.
Even the Dilfer's (and Marino or Kelly as far as leading a team to a super bowl even without the ring) get in this category and prevent themselves from being in Leaf-Ville, I will take it. -

More impressive than Tannys last three games is the fact that Prisco did some actual work

I'm actually surprised there hasn't been more talk on this board about Ryan's growth in the pocket. I also think his pocket presence has gotten measurably better in the past month.
-
He was getting exactly this type of hype before that Saints game. Let's hope he delivers this time. It's been an impressive streak of good games - he's due a clunker.

I like Tanny a lot. I think one of his best attributes is his maturity. He is a good leader, always takes responsibility, never blames others. He seems like the kind of guy you would want to play with.

RT's #1 trait, IMHO, is his resilience. You CAN NOT shake this kid.

I think what's happening is as ryan improves in the pocket the more people forget that playmaking isn't as important..
What I find interesting is, as Ryan continues to develop and improve as a pocket passer the more of comments I hear on how qbs like Wilson, Luck, and Kaepernick become not as effective as originally thought because they like to make plays with their legs..
Because I feel like Ryan is behind those guys from a playmaking perspective, and above them from a pure thrower of the football angle, it should be fun and very interesting to see if the playmaking part of Ryan's game comes incrementally, and what style is more effective under playoff conditions..
Functioning an offense from the pocket at a high level with decent playmaking skills?...or pretty good pocket skills from the pocket with elite playmaking abiltiy..? -
