Since it is a hot button issue, I figured I would ask this in a new thread so it doesn't get buried.
If Fin-atic sees what is going on, sees that his staff is gone, the majority of the good posters appear to be splitting time, if not completely coming over to here and he continues to (as you claim) not pay the bills, do you think he would throw his hands in the air and giv e up?
Meaning if he came back to you guys and said, I wash my hands of this site, you can have it for the price you pitched, would you guys in turn, purchase the site and try to keep the fh brand alive? Just curious.
Also, and I think I speak for a lot of members here, any information you folks can shed on what really happened would be appreciated. You guys have always been straightforward with us and I feel that this situation should be no different. I know we got snippets in the VIP thread at FH, but I am wondering if someone can elaborate on just what happened. I think it could help make a decision for me and others to be honest.

Thing is FH will keep a LOT of its membership but Im betting a lot of the ones that help pay the bills (premium VIP) may decide to leave.

I happen to agree with you about FH. I think most of the main forum folks will end up staying. Most are relatively new and probably don't really know how much Muck, Celtkin, FFiC, In_Flames, NJFINSFAN, Boik14 and others have contributed and meant to the site.
I also forsee a lot of the lounge lizards sticking around as that place is seemingly its own home away from Dolphins football. My bet is that most of those mainstays have no idea what is going on. :lol: Heck, I barely went into the VIP room and decided to on a lark last night and was blindsided and dumbfounded but what I was reading.
But the paying customers seem to be leaving en masse. Which is sad because I really like the finheaven name/brand and it appears that it is going to die on the vine after a low painful death. Which is sad to say the least. -
To be Honest I love FH as well but the Guys that interacted with me and I felt close to are here..Ive invested some of my money and lot of my spirit at FH but I did so because of the people not the name.Phinperor, Fin Fan In Cali, Samphin and 1 other person like this.

I think we can all agree on that. I think it pretty much goes unsaid that anyone posting over here right now feels a sense of loyalty and camraderie with the fallen FH bretheren.
Speaking of which, has anyone seen or heard from BRECKENRIDGE or whatever his name is/was? It has been an awful long time. -

I will go with what John said in his post in the FH main forum. I am a loyal guy and when the site was down you could see who cared about the family and the site. I haven't posted on FH very much in the last few years but was on every day for hours a day. I have formed a very good freindship with john and he knows what all was happening and I am with him 100%. Can't wait until you guys have the new site up and running and i will help out however can whenever I can.
