Using the player rankings on this website http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings/2013/all you get to pick who you would take if you were the Dolphins GM. Keep in mind you cannot draft a player if they are ranked before the position that the Dolphins pick. I know this is before Free Agency and yadda yadda, but I figured it would be a fun way to pass the time. Also if you want you can do one draft without trades and one with trades.
Here is what I would do (assuming we sign Mike Wallace or Greg Jennings which is a very high probability in my estimation)
(Draft order after 82 does not include compensation picks and will most likely be different come draft time)
WITHOUT TRADES:
12.) Jonathan Banks, CB
42.) Terrance Williams, WR
56.) Khaseem Green, OLB
77.) Jordan Reed, TE
82.) Corey Lemonier, DE (they have him as their 97th ranked prospect, a guy can dream right?)
108.) Nickell Roby, CB
139.) Ricky Wagner, OT
203.) Levine Toilolo, TE
210.) Dustin Hopkins, K
Damn, what a draft that would be...

Sign Starks, smith, and Jennings.
I don't see some of these players available, too good to be true -
I don't think Williams falls to our pick in the 2nd. He can fly and at 6'2 that is a great commodity to have. I think workouts are going to help his stock.
I think Banks in the 1st is pretty realistic unless we go the FA route at corner because I just don't think Smith comes back. If they sign Smith or another corner then I think one of the TEs, probably Eifert, becomes the move. -
What kind of name is Cordarrelle

Fun, and I'll try it, but it won;t be anything like the draft, because rankings are different than what teams do. Teams will draft certain positions more highly. For example, Geno Smith will go ahead of better ranked plyers at less important positions because high-picking teams are desperate at QB.
Also, I would like to make some trades :)
Next post will have my entry. -

I hate this no trades thing... but by your rules...
12.) Jonathan Banks, CB
42.) Stedman Bailey, WR
56.) Cornellius Corradine, DE
Fauria somewhere later... maybe a Shrine OL and TE too, but not sure who.
No clue at the rest yet... haven't had time to look that deep at players. I don't read writeups on them anymore if I can help it. Try to just get names from lists then watch video of them.
I have no clue how I'll assess mid to late round guys though. Just so damned many of 'em.
Honorary mention to will Ebner for being ranked 750th best in this year's draft class. -
This should be fun-this is considering Bush/Long leave

Just in case we do take him, let's get his name right now. It is Johnthan Banks, not Jonathan Banks. Weird spelling and not one I have seen before.

UDFA - Kerwynn Williams - RB - Utah State
Quick Analysis:
1) Alex Okafor - I'll operate under the assumption that Miami's not bringing back Randy Starks, so drafting Okafor allows you to move Odrick inside and fills the DE spot vacated by Okafor. If Starks is retained, Okafor can battle Odrick for that DE spot...OR, he can be a 3rd down pass-rusher and perhaps he's groomed as a SLB replacement for Koa Misi. Okafor played quite a lot as a stand-up OLB for the Longhorns, so it's not that unnatural for him.
2) Stedman Bailey - If he's here, I'm taking him regardless of whether nor not Brian Hartline or one of the trio of free agents isn't signed. I'll assume Hartline walks, and none of the big three are signed. Bailey gives you a dynamic weapon on the outside, in the slot, wherever.
3) Quinton Patton - He just seems like the prototypical receiver that Joe Philbin would look for. He catches everything, is smooth, has decent speed. A poor man's Greg Jennings.
4) Robert Alford - I don't really know much about him. Jeff Ireland said he likes bigger corners in his PC yesterday. Alford was the "biggest" one on that spot. He's got some speed too, and he strikes me as more along the lines of what Kevin Coyle would look for having used guys like McCann, Stanford, and Patterson. Alford seems to match up well with their height, weight, and speed numbers.
5) Menelik Watson - A JUCO player hailing from Manchester, England that plays for FSU? This pick's got Boomer's fingerprints all over it. I highly doubt he lasts this long, as he's big, strong, and pretty athletic. I think he could step in and play at his natural RT spot or even LT (like Tyron Smith for Dallas). Either way, he's insurance if Jake Long isn't brought back. If Long does come back, he's a much better option as a swing tackle than Nate Garner.
6) Nico Johnson - This improves the paper-thin depth at LB. I could almost envision a scenario where if Miami got a guy like him, you could cut Karlos Dansby before training camp, or move him in some other way. A downhill guy, he's not for everyone, but he's a nice, cheaper option at MLB. He's got experience in a 3-4 look as well if Kevin Coyle so chooses to incorporate looks like that. At the very least, he's a guy you can groom to replace Dansby or Burnett if they don't do so right away.
7) Montori Hughes - Former UT Volunteer. He's a big body with some athleticism. Reminds me of the Bengals Pat Sims. A project, much like Kheeston Randall a year ago, that you can groom to replace Paul Soliai. I think Hughes profiles more as a NT/1 technique player.
8) Terrence Brown - Maybe you get lucky and this kids turns into Richard Sherman. I doubt it, but I think he's a smart, savvy player. He's good insurance if Miami doesn't bring back McCann and Stanford.
9) Vance McDonald - A project at TE. Miami seems to collect them.
10) Kerwynn Williams - Saw him a bit in practices at the NFLPA Bowl. Quick, shifty guy who could do some of the things Miami really doesn't have a player for if Reggie Bush leaves. He also can return kicks and punts if needed. -
I'll do one from purely a BPA ... I'll try to take a player that at least makes some sense (eg I won't pick a QB in the 1st round etc ... ). After the 1st round I'll pick a player that is within +/- 5 of our spot.
