Dear The Phins.Com,
Some of you have been privately told some majorly important information in my life. I want you to know that I feel connected to those of you that know and feel we've formed an important friendship over my time here just beyond football. To those I have yet to contact about this (you'll know who you are) yours is coming. If you don't get one, and I seem like someone you may be interested in talking to, please feel free to contact me and after some time I may clue you in depending on how we click. If I don't please don't feel bad it's just incredibly personal.
To the owners of the site as a matter of my membership here,
Sometimes the TOS have bothered me a bit. The family atmosphere has been wonderful for me finding friends with similar football interests, but I believe a part of football is talking smack. I have a love hate relationship with that about this site that has almost caused me to back off or quit several times, but have since found a place where I can go to talk trash. Thank you football junkies, and thank you Z (yet you don't know it yet lmfao). I now understand that I can do what interests me about football here and respect the TOS, and go there and do what I love about football there (while not making very many friends in the process :sidelol: and love football there).
Anyway, you've really created a wonderful atmosphere here, and I'm thankful not only for the place to keep up with my beloved Miami Dolphins, but that this place really is like a family. Keep up the wonderful job.
Boik, Alen1, Mandy.. you're next. Anyone I'm not thinking of that still posts here that thinks of me as a friend that wants to know.. PM me.
Sincerely,
Anal Gap :D
Writing this reminded me of this song, which got my day off musicially (a very important thing to me). Zep fans, enjoy.

"A man's suffering is similar to the behavior of gas. If a certain quantity of gas is pumped into an empty chamber, it will fill the chamber completely and evenly, no matter how big the chamber. Thus, suffering completely fills the human soul and conscious mind, no matter whether the suffering great or little. Therefore, the "size" of human suffering is absolutely relative." - Viktor Frankl

Do they show nip slips over there?
They have a hotties forum. I don't think they do nip slips, but http://www.pileofwit.com is your place for that. I'm an admin there, so watch your ass.
Fin-o if you wanna know, you too. GM league has been fun with you man. I don't know how to do trades, but I enjoyed the fact that you tried with me.

Not leaving this place my friend. Thanks for your wishes. I have use for smack because football is one of the only things that excites me and I need that passion in my life and that's how I let it out.

If the patriots didn't have video tape they wouldn't have won the super bowls they did. If the jets didn't have mark sanchez maybe they would have won more games last year. If the bills didn't suck, they wouldn't make me  anymore, and I'd be horribly depressed. COLTS stands for Count On Losing The Season, the Bucs may as well be executed, ben roethlisburger needs to stand trial for being a rapist, i hate the way the steelers logo is only on one side it makes the team look like it's ran by an idiot who forgot to stamp the other side. Chicago are a bunch of jackasses for trading so many picks for Jay Cutler it's not even funny. The broncos get that big of a lead in on the season and drop it and expect people to care this year?
The 49'ers are whiners, and the dolphins make the rest of the NFL look like children playing a mans game.
And that's just to start.

Glad to see you're expanding your circle of trust. Talk to you soon.

If I talked smack how I do in real life I would be permanently banned from this site :D

Some time on AIM you'll have to give me a better idea of what you got. I've heard meaner stuff from 7 year olds
What the **** I'll throw it out there.
I was raped when I was a child. I don't want sympathy or pity and I don't want a lot of questions. I've been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder (including social), dysuria (edit: dysthymia  . disuria is something else.. ), and if there is a chance I have bi-polar it's the 2nd kind. I have been told by one doc that I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, but the other disagrees.. Except I think I've been having flashbacks recently, so it's possible.
I'm on meds, but ehhhh yeah. Now the phins knows.

No sympathy, no pity, just my ongoing prayers which you have had for some time.

Hey Steve, you're a helluva guy and a pleasure to talk to. We haven't spoken on AIM much recently but we'll get back to it, I guarantee you it.
Hope Madden is going well. ;)
Sounds like you're in a good state of mind right now, just keep moving forward and surrounding yourself with the right ppl. You're a likable guy, that will take you far in this life. I hope your future makes up for what you've suffered in your past...

When we first spoke about your SAD condition you were afraid to even go to a doctor to get it checked on. You didnt even want to talk about it on AIM. To be able to face your reality and talk about it is the first step to being mentally healthy. Nothing you or I do will ever change the past but you can confront it and deal with adversity in a manner that is constructive like this.
I have never experienced physical harm to this extent but I'd imagine it cant be easy. You are a strong person steve and thats an admirable trait. Not many people can deal with stuff of this severity in private, let alone in an open forum. :knucks:

Or nuns. :chuckle:
Steve, you're one of the good guys. The courage to reveal what you did about your life - the act of "saying it out lout," so to speak - is something to build on if nothing else.
I am lucky to call you a friend.
