It will be interesting to see what teams like Arizona and the Giants do if they end up at the bottom.
Do they move on from their incumbent qbs or try to improve the rosters around them?
If they decide to move on, how do they get out from under their respective contracts?
Assuming the season continues as it has, I can’t see anyone trading for Daniel Jones and taking on that contract.
Assuming Murray plays this year and proves that he’s healthy, maybe someone takes a chance, but they are not giving up a boatload of picks AND taking on his contract.
I think both teams are screwed.
Since Chicago hasn’t opened the vault for Fields, they would have a much easier time moving on from him, but I don’t see much success for anyone with that coaching staff.
