Good things usually come in threes. Not for the Dolphins, who ended the season the same way it began 2009 — with three straight defeats.
A 7-3 record sandwiched between a trio of losing bookends wasn't enough for an injury-depleted team to overcome as Miami became the first Dolphins squad to finish under .500 following a playoff season.
"We couldn't find ways to win," Dolphins coach Tony Sparano said. "That's something that we have to do. We have to be able to get there."

Teddy has a lot to answer for, being drafted early isn't one of them IMO
